Orbital Pathway provides advisory, coordination, referral, mission-management, and software services. We are not a launch operator, airline, medical provider, insurer, lender, or legal adviser.
Provider control
Qualified providers control pricing, availability, selection, safety, waivers, training, refunds, and regulated services. Launches may delay or scrub. A mission window is not a guaranteed launch date. A provider marked TRACKED or CONTACTED is not a contracted partner or confirmed inventory.
Payments and reservations
Reservation requests remain pending until confirmed by the provider. Orbital Pathway deposits reserve advisory capacity and are applied to the approved scope. Before work begins, advisory deposits may be cancelled for a full refund less non-refundable processor fees where legally permitted. After work begins, completed work and committed third-party costs are not refundable; unused and uncommitted Orbital Pathway fees remain refundable.
Provider purchases
Provider deposits, tickets, flights, travel, training, and payload services follow the provider's displayed terms. Orbital Pathway does not promise refunds or availability controlled by another company.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate information and complete provider-required medical, safety, identity, and legal processes.
